SourceItem for Word

G

George H.

I want to show only part of a linked Word doc (Word XP) in
an unbound object frame on an Access 2002 form. I know
SourceItem property does this but I have not been able to
find an example of using it.

I have the document path\name in the SourceDoc property.
What goes in the SourceItem property on the frame?

Thanks.

Hi George,

I really don't know, but since you haven't got an answer, my
best guess would be:
- select the text in the document
- assign it a bookmark name (Insert/Bookmark)
- reference the bookmark name as the SourceItem

If this doesn't help, try asking in an Access newsgroup...
