Space Shapes

I have created a floor plan that contains "L" and "T" shaped rooms. I
am now creating a Space plan and I would like to know how to make "L" and "T"
shapped spaces?

Draw a rectangle for the space and then use the pencil tool to modify the
corner of the rectange to match the L or two corners to match the T.

You use the pencil tool to add break points on either side of the corner and
then move the corner point to its new location.
