SPAM mail in Outlook Express 6

Hi,

I've been getting SPAM mail in my Outlook Express account (up to 100 emails
a day!) and I don't know how to prevent this.

Please, can someone advise?

The MS link is general info. To filter out spam in OE, you should use third
party software. Several security suites include a spam filter, but make sure
they support OE. You can also do a web search and read some reviews of
filtering programs at sites like cnet Download. Some filters, like
Spamfighter and Cactus, are free.

You could also go for an email client that has filtering, like the free
Thunderbird. It has an excellent bayesian spam filter.
