specific cell value

how will you set the value on one specific cell equals to the value of the
active cell. when you move the cell selection box (i dont know what they
call it) that specific cell will change its value equals to the new active
cell. then i will format that specific cell with large font. this is as if
you were magnifying the excel worksheet. i know its possible. pls help.

thanks!im glad both works.what if the 'magnified' value is not on a specific
cell.let say on a textbox that will always appear even if you scroll down or
