Specifying date range and columns when printing a Gantt Chart

I'm trying to specify which columns and what date range view I want of my
tasks. Specifically I only want a two month window. I've found that I've been
able to only do them separately. Though, when i set the print dates, I still
get all hte dates. Am I doing something wrong? Is there somewhere where I can
go to customize the detailed gantt report I want to print out?

Alice818,
I think there may be some confusion. Columns of Project fields make up a
view table. A view table is part of a view. For example, the Default
Gantt Chart view contains the default Entry Table and the default filter
applied is "all tasks". If you want to change which Project fields are
displayed as columns in a view, you need to modify the view table. To do
that, go to View/Table/More Tables and either edit an existing table or
create a new custom table. Whatever table you create will then become
the default for that view.

The date range can either be achieved by applying the Date Range filter
or you can select a specific date range in the Timescale option of the
Print window.

Hope this helps.
