Spell Check for Outlook Express

I lost the post that was previously done with a URL pointing to how to fix
the "No Spell Check" problem that exists with Outlook Express and Office 97.

Could someone please post it again so that I can go about fixing it.

Provided that Spell check is enabled in Office 97 it can be used by Outlook
Express

Problem is that my spell checker is working fine in Office 97; the same
spell checker should work when checking spelling in Outlook
Express but I get an error when trying to use it there.

There was another solution posted a few days back with pointing to a URL
that seemed to have figured out the answer. I lost that post before I had a
chance to try their solution.
