Spell Checking

I am currently creating a Newsletter in Publisher and it keeps
auto-correcting my spellings in english US instead of english UK. I have
changed all the settings I can think of to english UK and it still keeps
changing it back to US spelling, all the spelling suggestions are also in US
dispite changing all the language settings to UK
