split page

We are trying to print large jobs to a HP 500PS printer.
The page setup is for a 60" x 36" page, and we can create
the page just fine. However, when the job prints, about
6" of the job is printed on a second page. Any ideas?

Insufficient memory in the printer.

Depending on how many copies you are doing, delete some objects on the page,
split the page into two and put the page through the printer twice.

If you have any Blends they take massive amounts of memory. If you have
WordArt you can reduce the printer memory load dramatically by cutting
(Ctrl+X) the WordArt to the clipboard, then go menu EDIT > Paste Special >
Paste as Picture.

Publisher cannot print anything larger than 48" without tiling.
A workaround is to scale down your publication to a size that will print
untiled (e.g. 30 x 18" in your case), and then use:
a) A PDF Maker and Acrobat Reader
or b) your printer driver
to scale it back up to full size
