SQL Duplicate Key error with TASK_BASELINES

Has anyone encountered this SQL error when saving a Project Professional 2003
schedule from Project Server 2003 SP1?
"Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'MSP_TASK_BASELINES' with unique
index 'I_MSP_TASK_BASELINES'"
It happened when the PM was accepting time updates for a recently-baselined
schedule.

I found a very similar issue (regarding the ASSIGNMENT_BASELINES table) that
Service Pack 1 was supposed to fix. But I've turned up no reports or
solutions for our specific error. Any workarounds or insights would be
appreciated...
