SQL Report Manager Application

I am seeking the SQL Report Manager Application link to construct reports
from SQL tables. I believe that the application is free if you have an
existing license for SQL Server. Also, I am told that there might be two
required patches to help run the application. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

I would recommend you post this question in one of the SQL Server newsgroups
as this newsgroup is devoted to Microsoft Project Server. Hope this helps.
