stacking pictures in microsoft word

I am working on two pictures joining them together so that they would look
like one picture. I am doing this in Miscrosoft Word. I copied my two
pictures from my picture folder. I want to learn how to overlap and stack
pictures.

Hi CyndeyS ,

This newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project.
I suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with Word
problems.

Could you please tell us what led you to chose this newsgroup? We would
really like to know! :)

recommend the microsoft.public.word.newusers group

- however, displaying the drawing toolbar in word (view / toolbars /
drawing) and playing with the option under the "DRAW" icon would probably
give you what you were after. Note, however, first double click on the
pictures and choose the layout tab and then "tight" as this is the easiest
option when manipulating pictures in word.
