Standard Fonts

I have Front Page 2003, and am very new at designing. I have discovered that
if I use fonts that others don't have on their computers, I am wasting my
time trying to be creative. I am trying to find out what the standard fonts
are for Internet Explorer, so that when I design, at least I will know that
the font I am using is visible to everyone else. I am sure that there are
more fonts available to everyone other than Roman or Arial. Can anyone help?
If I am in the wrong discussion group, can someone tell me where to go to
find this info?
