Start and Finish Times

When working in project as I enter my information the start and fininsh times
keep switching back and forth to other times. I have to keep re-entering the
times several times before it will accept the information.

Hi Tan777,

Welcome to the project newsgroup.

I can see why you are having difficulty. You should not be entering
dates/times into a project file. Although a project file looks a great
deal like a spreadsheet (Excel file) the start and finish dates are
meant to be calculated by the program.

Hi,

It's a miracle it accepts them after several trials because it isn't made to
accept YOUR dates, it is meant to calculate dates based on your input
(duration, links to other taks, constraints..)
