Start screen in Outlook 2003

I am new to Outlook, and this is probably very easy, so...

I want to open and work with Outlook so that I can see contacts, calendar and email at the same time on separate windows. How do I do that?

Thanks

Right-click each folder you'd like to see in its own window and choose Open
in New Window. If, when you close Outlook you start with the main window
and then the others, Outlook will remember which windows you had open and
reopen the same ones the next time it starts.

Outlook 2007 will have this ability without having to open additional windows.
