Hope somebody out there can help me!
In Publisher 1998 and 2000 I can just go to Tools >Options>
General and type in the page
number that I want the publication to start with( ie 100
for example)
This allow me to have different chapters in different files.
Can't find it in Publisher 2002 and can't find it anywhere
for that matter(not even in help or
assistance on the web!)
Please let me know if you can do it

IMNSHO, Tools > Options was always an absurd place to have it. Tools >
Options is for program settings, not document attributes.
