Hi,
I am very new to this, and access.
is it possible(and easy or any pre-done templates or styles I can use?) to
have a database which is set up, say on a 10 week cycle, or 2 week cycle or
any other cycle, so that the customers details will show up in a list of jobs
to do that day - we must be able to print this out for the workmen to take
out on their runs.
Then, in 10 weeks time(or XX weeks depending upon the cycle chosen for that
customer) their details will show up again, printed out and ready again for
the workmen.
I'd like to be able to set up a "crew run" for my workers, I press print and
it prints out a list of jobs for them to do that day - in that list will be
their details, ID number (customer number - an auto-incrementing number
starrting from 0001), plus notes and any other info I might need to add or
modify from time to time.
At the same time it will also print out an invoice for each customer, with
some pre-written sales message from me.
Ive probably got a million other questions, but as this is all very new to
me, Id really appreciate a good strong step in the right direction, hopefully
to some solutions here
