startup message for outlook 2000

How do you get rid of the message at the beginning of
outlook 2000 which asks you to connect to server, offline
access or cancel? How do you set it so that it just logs
in every time?

Tools | Services | highlight ms exchange | properties button. from memory
at this point it is the first or second tab dialog. there is place where
you can configure outlook's behaviour when first starting. (i want to say it
is on the first tab labeled general.)
