Hi: I would like to have my email and lotus notes to open up automatically
when I log in to my system everyday...is there a specific way to do that?

All you need to do is place the programs in the startup folder and they will
automatically start when you system boots up.

Have you tried asking your system admin about these 'challenges'.. You are
not specific about your e-mail client, and Lotus Notes is an IBM product,
not Microsoft.. neither your e-mail client or Lotus notes have any relevance
to Microsoft Office..
