Staying Connected to MSN

I use Outlook and want to stay connected all of the time.
We have broadband. I will be working in Outlook and then
try and delete a message and a box pops up telling me that
I must be connected to the server. I just was! What
happened? So I go up to Connect to MSN under the file
menu. How I can stay connected?

You can't manage that by yourself. Loosing connection to Hotmail is quite
common. The service goes down by time-outs due to bad connections or long
requests, maintenance and that sort of things.
