Still prompts even when 'remember password' is checked!

HELP! My outlook recently started prompting for the pop3
server user and password even though the saved one is
correct!

This happens for all the accounts I have configured.
I've tried everything, PLEASE HELP!

There have been several recent issues with passwords not being retained
with Outlook. Here are the known solutions:

For Outlook 2000 or 2002 on Win 98, NT, or 2000:
