Stop MS changing stylesheet font

I have several stylesheets that use the the Callibri font for headings
When I create or edit and print or save documents, they appear as I wan
them to. However, when I open the document again later, MS has change
the headings to Cambria font. Nothing I do seems to prevent MS fro
making this undesirable change.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I'm using MS Word 2010

In the Templates and Add-Ins dialog box, make sure that "Automatically open
document styles" is cleared. Then you can modify the styles as desired.

To display the dialog box, click the Document Template on the Developer tab. (If
the Developer tab isn't showing, click to display it in the Customize Ribbon
category of File | Options.)
