Strange email formatting

I have a user who has an automatic indent and added line to her email when she replies to certain emails, in Outlook XP. This only happens with certain emails, and I already selected the formatting under Email Options under Tools -> options. I set her up on another machine and it worked correctly, so it's definitely unique to that one machine. I updated all service packs and ran an office repair. I removed the Outlook profile and recreated and it still had the same problem.

Any ideas???
