Hello, My laptop harddrive crashed and I had to install a
new one along with all my applications. Now, in Word and
Excel I get messages I have never seen before whenever I
open a file. In Excel, for example, whenever I open a
file I get a message telling me the file is alreay open
and I can't open another copy of the same file. In Word
the message says something like the file is currently
being used by me and do I want to open a copy. I have
been using Office on a number of computers for years
without ever encountering this issue. What did I do wrong
when installed Office this time?
