strange OWA problem

Hi,

I receive an email from a user who send mail from OWA. the mail display on
my system always have a "?"question mark displayed on the first character of
the
email.
If I do a forwarding to the same mail, the question mark will dissapear.
Anyone
encounter this problem b4? I am sure the problem liaise with the sender
site. But I cannot figure out what is the problem so far. Anyone can help on
this?
