Strips text in Emails from Israel

I've just upgraded from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. All the Emails from a contact in Israel saved in old folders were stripped of all text, and every new mail I now get from a contact in Israel are stripped of text?? The email arrives ... but no text content. The header and sender field is OK???? Any suggestions.
