Add an animation to the organization chart diagram -- custom animation pane,
Add Effect | Entrance | choose an animation.
Double-click the animation in the task pane or right-click it and choose
Effect Options.
On the Diagram Animation tab, choose how to group the diagram. It sounds
like you want "level by level."
