I'm running Microsoft Outlook 2002 on Windows XP using
Microsoft Exchange. I'm having problems receiving email
messages. The only way I can receive email messages is
if I click on an existing message in my inbox. When I do
this it seems to "wake up" Outlook and then any messages
that might be sitting out there are suddenly delivered to
my inbox. I have checked the Send / Receive options and
they appear to be correct. Also, periodically when this
happens Outlook hangs and becomes unresponsive. Has
anybody else experienced this problem? Thanks for your
