Student Teacher Edition

I have the student teacher edition that limits installation to three
computers. A new computer I purchased is defective and has to be replaced.
Also I have an older HP that I want to replace. How do I remove the software
(permissions) from old computers and assign the software to new ones? I just
purchased the software about a month ago so I went to the email support
website, but it wouldn't let me send an email to microsoft because the
webpage said that it is not supported in my country (USA) where I bought it.
STRANGE ... even for Microsoft.
