Student-Teacher Edition

I am also having trouble with installation of the 2003
student-teacher edition. Pop-up states that I need a newer
version of Windows. I updated windows 2000 ME, added SP3,
but continue to get the same pop-up.

I tried to get online professional support. The online
service asks for a product ID number that looks something
like 12345-XXX-1234567-12345. Where do I find this number?
