Stupid Quesiton: label tasks in Gannet Cart

I'm new to Project and have set up a new project. I have all my tasks listed
out in the grid, but the task names are not appearing next to the task
graphic in the chart. How can i make them appear?

Format menu / barstyles/ find the bar you want to format (probably the first
one in the list) select it. click on the text tab. Set the text to "Name"
