"{Style Ref Heading 1 (or 2 or 3)} continued" for more than 1 leve

Kind writer/user/programmer

I need to be able to insert a "Section 1.2.3 continued" on pages where the
section carries to the next page. These can be Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading
3, and possibly Heading 4.

I might be able to figure this logical compare out in VB, but how to put
this in the Header?
