Employees submit time sheets that track the number of hours they work with
each client per week (a separate time sheet for each client). Some employees
may work everyday with a client while others may only work 1 day each week
with a client.
I enter this information into a Form in our Payroll database that captures
the total number of hours for the week. I want to add a Sub-Form to be able
to enter the number of hours worked per day of that week with that client.
Would it be possible to have a Sub-Form do this?
I have a table that includes the start and end dates of each week that I use
to choose the start date of the week. Once this date and the total number of
hours are entered, I want the Sub-Form to pop up to allow for entry of the
daily numbers. Could the dates that pop up already be completed based on the
start date of the week and I just fill in the days that were worked? For
example, it the start date of the week is 8/9/08, then the Sub-Form would
fill in with 8/9, 8/10, 8/11...8/15.
Any help would be appreciated!
