Submitting a form

I have just created a website and i'm having terrible difficulty in getting
the forms to work, could someone please visit my web site, and complete a
test form just by clicking on the product and following the links, i would
be ever so grateful.

(I have purchased front page extensions from my web-provider so that
wouldn't be it)

Have you asked your host to set up the forms to email transport for your
account in the server extensions?
