Submitting infopath forms and sharepoint lists

i have a form being submitted to two sharepoint lists (with same data)

And the whne the infopath form is submitted i use the value of a varibale as
the file name.



When i select a form submitted with values for ediring I am unable to save
it through the submit button so that both sharepoint lists get updated. The
message I get is



InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
A value in the form may be used to specify the file name. If you know the
value in the form that specifies the file name, revise it and try again.
Otherwise, contact the author of the form template.


What should i be doing to avoid this error?

Hi,
I think you may not be selected "Allow overwrite if file exists" check box
while adding submit data connection.
