Suddenly counldn't send or receive emails.

I have been using Outlook 2003 for about 9 months. Everything went smoothly
until yesterday.

Yesterday, I didn't know why Outlook crashed when I closed the program.
After restarting, it no longer can recognize my email accounts. I have tried
remove and reenter the email accounts. I have also tried uninstall and
install Outlook. BUt nothing works. Anyone knows what the problem it?
