summary task durations

I am entering resources in hours - the duration column converts them to
portions of days - to 2 decimal places.

I would like to display the durations rounded to the nearest full day - how
do I do this?

Hi Sand,

Insert one of the Text fields (Text1, Text2, etc.) into the table.
Customize the field (right click the column heading and choose
Customize... from the shortcut menu) and enter the following formula:

CLng([Duration]/480) & " " & "Days"

[Note: If your number of hours per day is different than 8 hours, you
will need to adjust the 480 (8 hours * 60 minutes) accordingly.)

This will *display* the duration field rounded to whole numbers and add
the word "days" after. The actual duration of the task will still be
used for calculation.

[Note: Task durations less than .51 days will appear as zero duration]
