How do I suppress the display of my recipients once the email reached them?
I'm using Outlook 2002. Can this be done also with Outlook 2000 SR1?

Tnx.

Put all of your recipients' addresses in the BCC: field and no one
will see anyone else's email address.

If you want to, you can put your own email address in the To: field
and everyone will see that, instead of everyone else's address.

Best regards.

Use BCC. You should be able to enable BCC field when you composing a
message from the toolbar or menu. Sorry, I don't have Outlook 2002 and
2000 here so I can't tell you the exact location.
