Synchronising Outlook between PC and notebook.

Hi,

I have a desktop and a notebook installed with the
same version of Outlook. May I know how to synchronise
my mails? I often use my notebook on the go and send
urgent mails and sometimes use my desktop to retrieve and
process mails.

How do I go about doing that?
