synchronising

Hi everyone,
I am using outlook 2003. I would appreciate if someone could help me
with this...
I use 2 computers (laptop and desktop). Is it possible to synchronize
the laptop's outlook to the desktops just like a pocket PC does thru
"Active sync"???
