I have a client, using Outlook and Exchange, SBS 2003 Edition.
They manage their contacts in the shared Public Folder, organized by
groups, properties they manage, or trade.
They have about 50 folders, and many of the folders contain duplicates
of contacts from other folders.
For instance, they may have a folder labeled contractors that has the
name of a plumber.
In another folder, say "Cleveland Plaza", they have a list of
maintenance people, or specific contacts.
This contact named "plumber" may be duplicated in both folders, and as
of now, they have to manually update each record if any information
changes.
They are trying to determine if there is a way to synchronize, or
link/shortcut only specific contacts from one folder to another.
Thanks
