Synchronize events/addresses one way?

Hi,
I am running Office 2008 (Entourage 12.1.5) on 10.5.6. I have had
trouble in the past with synchronization with Mobile Me/.Mac, problems
I assume rooted in the way I work. Background explanation: I am a
teacher, and my school day is divided into four periods which rotate
from day to day over an eight day cycle. I set up my schedule in
Entourage (and therefore on the school's Exchange server) using
repeated events for each of the four periods per day. I then go
through and edit the repeated events to put in the specific
information for that class (Example: Day 1 period 1 becomes English
grade 12; I don't teach periods 2 and 3, so I delete those single
events; period four is English grade 11). If I have MobileMe set up to
sync, I get weird results: it overwrites data I have changed and
creates multiple versions of events. I wind up with four notices of
someone's birthday, for example, or two period one English classes.

Is there a way I can set up synchonization so that entries or changes
are only made on the Entourage/Exchange server version of my
information and then are pushed out to MobileMe, without anything
coming back? I realize this defeats the concept of synchronization,
but I'm all right with that. It would be handy to reference my
schedule on my iPod, but not at the price of constantly having to
clean up my schedule.

THat would be in Apple's hand I am afraid. I currently don;t know of any
way you could do this unfortunately :-\

Thanks. Maybe we'll get lucky and Apple will do something about it.
I'm surely not the only person in the world who would like to have all
the changes come from one place!
