Synchronize

Hi All,

I am using Outlook 2003 in Internet Mail only, but Outlook is Synchronizing
on open and I do not know why. No info in help files. What is outlook
synchronizing and how do I stop it? I am not using Exchange. Please help.

Outlook 2003 does not have modes. It is synching your information that you
have in Outlook.

Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
