Synchronizing folders on networked computers

I have a portable networked to my desktop. Since I would
like to use both computers, will you please advise me how
to synchronize the data so both computers have the latest
information.

I am using Outlook 2002 SP-2 with XP Professional on the
desktop and XP Home Edition on the portable.
