I would like to share the outlook.pst 2002 between two
pcs. Is there a way to do this without Exchange Server?

Just put the .pst file on a share folder, and ensure given the read/write
permission. Then open Outlook, click File->Open->Outlook data file, and then
browse the .pst file.

You cannot share a .pst file - Outlook will require exclusive read/write
access per Outlook session. While you can maintain one store for your .pst
file, only one computer at a time can have the .pst file open.
