Have a network at home but am unable to get any
synchronization between Outlook on both machines. Is
there a better way than transferring "handraulically" by
using a floppy to transfer my calendar and e-mails
between one and the other?

Outlook doesn't sync by itself - most people move the pst between machines
on the network.
