MS Project does not have this capacity out of the box. If you are using
Project 2003 there is a workgroup message handler download available
from Microsoft. The message handler goes beyond what you are seeking and
requires additional changes to the windows registry. See the link below
for the download. Please note there have been some recent reports in
this newsgroup about some difficulties with the process and there is no
support available from Microsoft on the download.
