Syncing Multiple Handhelds to the Same Profile

Hello,

I am using Outlook 2000 (SP3) on Windows XP home. I have two Palm IIIc
handhelds which I wish to sync to outlook.

I am able to sync my contacts but not my wife's. I get an error message in
HotSync telling me to read the "Syncing Multiple Handhelds to the Same
Profile" in help, but there is no such topic.

I have all the newest software updates for my programs and for Hotsync.

Any suggestions on how to create another user in the same profile?
