Does anyone know how to get rid of the pop-up box while
syncing that wants you to "allow access for 1 / 5 / 10
minutes while syncing?

There is no way, it's built into Outlook as a security

feature against viruses accessing your contacts and mass
mailing viruses all over the planet. You can't stop it,
it'a alive...
