Syncing with HP IPAQ hw6945

I am trying to sync my HP IPAQ hw6945 with outlook. Everything was going
fine until I started gettting sync errors. The error code I am getting is
support code 0x85010014. In looking at the knowledge base it tells me the
condition is temporary and to contact my adminstrator if issue persists (I am
the admin). Also looking further down the support code list it says it could
be with outlook being offline (not issue), outlook not being my main email
client (think it is), or anti-virus scripting. Went through norton360
support and they determine it isn't their problem after turning off firewall
and anti virus. Any thoughts?
