syncronise Outlook so two different sign ins' have access to same

How can I give access to multiple users to the same emails downloded by
different users i.e. share the same mail a/c I download under my log in , my
partner needs access to the same mail but doesn't have it under her log in?

Are you using an Exchange Server or not in your office?

I've registered a domain name, and using the email box supplied by the host
for mail for both myself and my partner.
I installed WIN XP PRO (ful install, not ontop) and Office XP. I had to set
up Outlook under both log ins', and they both work independently i.e if I
download the mail my partner has to look in my log in and visa versa.
Originally I had XP ontop of WIN 98SE
and we both had access to the same mail no matter wich log in was used.
